    True professionals who treat you like a friend. Selling a home in a buyers’ market isn’t easy, but Susan and Grant made the whole process smooth and stress-free and quick. They gave great advice on preparing my home, stayed in constant communication, and went above and beyond to get things done. Even though I knew they were busy, they always made me feel like I was their only client. More than just fantastic realtors, they became a true friend along the way.     I can't thank the Miller Team enough for selling our house for us! From day one, we felt like we were their only clients because of how well we were cared for through every step of the selling process. The housing market is not great for sellers, with high inventory and picky buyers, especially in Queen Creek, where dozens of homes go up daily and newbuilds spring up daily. Susan offers a concierge service where she has a team stage your house for sale. If you can afford to leave your house for a few months, DO IT. Our staged house sold in a little over a month with zero hassles. She has a great team of recommended contractors who can conduct repairs pre sale. We had our interior painted, handyman repairs, carpets and tile cleaned plus a professional maid service to ready the interior for staging. Outside we had some minor landscaping work to be done as well as irrigation. All was done quick and easy at good prices. Any realtor can sell houses in a hot market. It takes true professionals like the Miller Team to sell and get a good price for their clients in a buyers market.

    My expectations were simple – sell my house at a reasonable price and within a few months. So yes, selling my house in 14 days at my asking price during a Buyer’s Market exceeded my expectations! But, of course, there’s more to the story! Prior to signing on with the Miller Team, Susan provided a wealth of knowledge to help me decide who to use as a realtor! She showed comps and explained concisely how she arrived at our price point. She outlined a strategy including some “what if” scenarios for my consideration. I was sold! I bought and sold many homes in my lifetime so I was fairly familiar with the process – clear the counters, clean up the house, etc; however, I didn’t realize how much clutter I had until Susan started pointing out the “extras.” I have to admit I was reluctant at first to pack things up because I liked the “lived in” look when I was looking for houses but I trusted Susan and I’m glad I did! She perfectly staged my house, keeping in mind that I planned to live there until the final signing. And the pictures were amazing! And although the market was slow, two showings and 14 days later, the house was under contract! I had a unique situation – I needed a longer closing time since I had a planned 10-day trip which I could not back out of. Why is this important? Well, the inspection resulted in a few required minor fixes. Susan helped me coordinate several contractors and, in my absence, stayed at the house while the contractors completed their tasks. This, by far, exceeded my expectations! The Miller Team was fantastic! Communication throughout the process was frequent and informative. I highly recommend them.

    Our Situation: My father passed away and I needed to sell his home in Queen Creek’s Ironwood Crossing. I live in Minnesota and was unable to travel so the entire transaction, from home repair to staging, showing and final sale needed to be remotely managed. We hired The Miller Team, including Susan’s concierge service for little bit more, to accomplish this task and it could not have gone more smoothly. From deep cleaning to dry wall repair, painting and staging, Susan and Grant had it all handled. I barely lifted a finger. The house sold by the third day on the market and closed within a month. The Process Susan’s communication is outstanding, which is critical during a home sale. I felt like a client and a member of the family. I received special, priority treatment. Now some of that may be because we were positive and reasonable to work with, but Susan’s responsiveness, upbeat attitude and honest, clear information needs to be acknowledged. She made one of life’s most stressful roller coasters a breeze. My greatest appreciation, other than her excellent communication: • Her honest assessment and approach to prepare me for the reality of a buyer’s market. • I highly recommend her concierge service if you don’t want to handle repairs, updates, cleaning or managing contractors yourself, and if you want them to be reasonable in cost. • I appreciate her honest approach and expectations around snags in the process, like mold mitigation, and her common sense, market savvy advice on pricing, negotiation and closing the deal. The Results The house sold the third day on the market and closed within a month in a buyer’s market. We did not significantly underprice, but a little bit yes, due to Susan’s critical assessment of the current market and our own needs. We were definitely happy with the terms of the sale. In a highly stressful situation, The Miller Team took care of us and made it so much less painful than it could have been. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking, client dedicated agent who has your best interest at heart, interview the Miller Team. If you are buying in Queen Creek or nearby, don’t even consider anyone else.
